Privacy Policy

OpsRoutine (“OpsRoutine”, “we”, “us”) provides free operational tools and calculators for property management, accessible at https://opsroutine.com. This policy explains what information is collected when you use OpsRoutine, and how it is used.

OpsRoutine does not currently require an account to use any tool or calculator. The work orders, inspections, checklists, and other documents you create are generated and rendered entirely in your browser.

When you use “Save Draft”, the draft is written to your browser’s local storage (localStorage) on your device. It is not transmitted to, or stored on, our servers. It stays on the device and browser you saved it in, persists across visits, and is removed if you clear your browser’s site data or use “Reset” in a tool.

Printing or saving a document as a PDF uses your browser’s own print function — the document content does not pass through our servers as part of that process.

Any information you type into a tool or calculator (property details, dates, names, financial figures, and similar) is used only to render your document or calculation in your browser, and to populate your local draft if you save one. We do not collect or store this content on our servers.

If you contact us by email at hello@opsroutine.com, we receive whatever information you choose to include in that message, which we use only to respond to you.

The Feedback form, and the quick “Was this tool helpful?” prompt on tool and calculator pages, send your message to our team by email through Resend, a third-party email delivery provider. A submission includes the message you write, the optional role and email address you provide, which page or tool you were on, and basic technical details (browser and viewport information) to help us fix bugs. This content is not stored in a database — it exists only as the email it generates — and is used solely to respond to you and improve OpsRoutine. We do not sell or share it with third parties.

OpsRoutine uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate usage — for example, which pages and tools are visited, and general traffic patterns — so we can improve the product. Vercel Web Analytics is cookieless: it does not use cookies or persistent identifiers to track you, and does not build individual profiles. We do not sell any data collected through analytics.

Some pages may link to third-party sites or resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we don’t operate — review their own privacy policies before providing information to them.

OpsRoutine is a business/operational tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as OpsRoutine evolves — for example, when accounts, workspace features, or analytics are introduced. Material changes will update the “Last updated” date above.
